  /auto-tune-efx-3-mac.html. I’m new here & to the world of Digital Dj controllers & software coming from a background of CDJ’s for mixing and Ableton with a Korg nano-control for making mixes, edits, mash-ups & just recently remixes.

  Overwhelmed by the amount of info & support online & YouTube. Fitting my needs & budget I am about to buy a Hercules 4 MX and have had a little look at virtual DJ and looks generic.

  Need some advice & direction on Traktor Vs Serato software for the 4 MX I have not used either:confused:. Well I haven’t even used a DJ Controller before.

  not sure if serator works for the hercules I cant imagine it doing so though, there are a couple specific serato controllers but dont think hercules do any. I personally think you will outgrow virtual dj fast like I did years ago.

  Serato (As in Serato scratch live) would work with any MIDI cintroller.
  But Serato Itch isn’t sold separatly it only works with the controllers
  that is bundled with ITCH.
  But if you have Ableton, why not use that?? /traktor-pro-12-7-crack.html.

  for ScratchLive he would still need to buy a RANE soundcard (SL 1/2/3/4) in addition to his Hercules if he would want to use SSL with a controller which would blow his budget out of the water … personally I would only recommend that if he already had a SSL Rane soundcard

  Which ever you choose I would go with a controller that already has software if you are just starting out to save some money.I have the Vestax vci300 mk2 which comes with Serato Itch.In my opinion it is pretty easy to use and I have only had it for a couple of months now.Never used Traktor before so I don’t really know if it is easier to use than Serato Itch.
